This a replacement front grille and mesh back screen , specialy made in the UK for Tractorparts.co.uk LTD to a very high standard and to original patterns.

This is the front coarse white grille and fine mesh grill that fits behing the main white front mesh and stops all the dirt and trash going into and blocking the radiator that then causes overheating .
All tractors did have this fitted. 

Finished in a high quality 6 stage powder coat.
1. Cleaning (typically an alkaline cleaner, but substrate dependent)
2. Rinsing
3. Phosphating (to improve corrosion protection and adhesion)
4. Drying
5. Powder Coating
6. Curing (High temperatures are required to get the powder to liquefy and flow*)
