International McCormick Red Grille Mesh Back Screen 276 434 3070335R11 

This a replacement front grille mesh back screen, specially made in the UK for Tractorparts.co.uk LTD to a very high standard and to original patterns.

This is the fine mesh grill that fits behind the main white front mesh and stops all the dirt and rubbish from going into and blocking the radiator which then causes overheating.
All tractors did have this fitted. 

 Finished in a high-quality 6-stage powder coat.

1. Cleaning (typically an alkaline cleaner, but substrate-dependent)
2. Rinsing
3. Phosphating (to improve corrosion protection and adhesion)
4. Drying
5. Powder Coating
6. Curing (High temperatures are required to get the powder to liquefy and flow*)
