STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - THE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: Please read the wording of this Agreement carefully as it contains the terms and conditions (‘the Conditions’) upon which Tractorparts.co.uk Ltd (‘Us’/‘We’/‘Our’) contracts with you (‘You’/‘Your’/‘Yourself’) for the sale of the Goods. In this Agreement, ‘Goods’ means the goods, which we supply, to you in accordance with the Conditions.
All orders are accepted by us subject to the following Conditions:

Goods Despatch/Delivery/ Stock Availability

Please telephone 0845 0095600 to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.

We always try to keep everything in stock but if we do not have an item we we contact you by email within 2 working days to inform you.We shall dispatch Goods by Ups delivery to UK based customers. Goods are normally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order and usually delivered within 5 working. Delivery costs are based on weight and size and calculated and shown when you reach the checkout. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of this Agreement. We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver as quickly as possible, but We shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequence thereof however caused and You hereby waive irrevocably all Your rights and remedies (if any) in respect of any loss or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any late delivery of the Goods.

Orders All orders made on the Tractorparts.co.uk website are plus VAT.

Payment shall be made using HSBC payment gateway. All payment details we collect are only the information required processing your order, which is kept completely confidential and is not sold or distributed to anyone.

 
Ownership of the Goods delivered or to be delivered by us will only be transferred to you when you have paid cash or cleared funds in payment of all sums owing to us in respect of the Goods.
Until payment as aforesaid you must store the Goods in such a way that they are clearly our property.
Until ownership has passed to You We retain full legal and beneficial title to the Goods and reserve the right at any time to require You to deliver up the Goods to Us and, if You fail to do so forthwith upon Our request, to enter upon any of Your premises or of any third party where the Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.

Returns If you are not satisfied with products you've bought from us, you may return them in the condition received within 10 days of your receipt and obtain a full refund from us (less original delivery cost). You are responsible for postage charges for returns. Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We advise you return the goods using an insured and proof of delivery service.

Shortages/damages If there are shortages or damages to the Goods occurring in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours, giving full details of any such shortages or damages. You must return the Goods to Us together with all packaging. Where we accept that there has been a shortage in Goods dispatched or the Goods have been damaged in transit, we shall replace such Goods at the previously invoiced price.

Cancellation you may cancel your order up to 14 days after placing of the order and only if it has not already been dispatched.

In case we are out of stock on an item, we may at our discretion refund or replace the product you ordered with an equivalent product which will perform to the same specification or a better specification to the one ordered on line. In the case of out of stock items where there is no replacement, Tractorparts.co.uk Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of an item, balance of which will be placed on back order and supplied as soon as the goods are available

Tractorparts.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts or machinery supplied by ourselves, warranties extended as far as those given to us by our suppliers. All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons.

The original equipment, manufacturers name, part number and description are for reference only and are not intended to indicate or suggest that our parts are made by the OEM.
 
Data Protection Act Information provided to us will only be used to manage your account and in the transaction of any orders. Your personal information will NOT be passed on to any third parties.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or make design changes to product specifications, or use different suppliers or manufacturers to those stated in the catalogue, without prior notice, as part of Our continuous process of product and service improvement, or to improve product availability.
